Returns & Refunds policy

At znaati too, every piece is made with intention — many are custom or limited in nature, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we care deeply about your experience. If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or you’re genuinely not satisfied, please email us at contact@znaati.com within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue when you contact us.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item has been worn or is not in its original condition.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for any approved return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
