4. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

Pre-orders are not processed based on the date an individual order is placed.

Pre-orders will begin processing after the advertised pre-order cutoff date has passed.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-orders require approximately 4–6 weeks for processing after the pre-order period closes. Once processing and production are complete, orders will be shipped.

The 4–6 week processing period does not begin on the date you place your order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable pre-order timeline.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of znaati LLC’s control, including supplier delays, manufacturing delays, shipping delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

znaati LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, theft after delivery, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of znaati LLC’s control.

Tracking information may be provided when available.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

znaati LLC does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong product.

However, we genuinely value our customers and want you to have a positive experience.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise problematic item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you toward a reasonable resolution.

Pre-orders may not be cancellable once the pre-order period has closed and processing or production has begun.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected when required by law.

Promotional offers, discounts, giveaways, and other promotions may have additional terms and may be limited by availability, time period, quantity, or other conditions stated with the promotion.
